Giovanni Sardi

Giovanni Sardi was born in Vico Equense on June 9, 1954. Beside cultivating his passion for singing as a tenor, he has always been into writing prose and poetry. During the last year, after a painful experience (he lost his young wife), his creative attitude got stronger and stronger, leading him to write more than 300 works. Many of his writings were published in anthologies, as the collection Le schegge d’oro, (Montedit, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012). Moreover, he got to the first places in the competition Umberto di Montefameglio, 2010. During the same year, he took part in the international competition Mario Luzi.
