Paolo Loffredo, sixth generation of a large family of publishers and booksellers engaged in the production and distribution of books since the late nineteenth century, creates in 2012 the new editorial company Paolo Loffredo Editore. The historical site was until the '80s in the heart of the historic centre of Naples in Via San Biagio dei Librai, lower Decumano and also known as the SpaccaNapoli.
At the beginning of the twentieth century, Giuseppe Loffredo decided to add book selling to the book production, which definitively imposed itself after World War II with the publication of manuals for the University and for the School that succeeded in establishing themselves soon throughout Italy.

On the occasion of the presentation of the Proceedings of the G20 Special Event on Water 2021, the hlrT Symposium offers the opportunity to gather personalities from Turkish institutions, multilateral organizations, private sector and research to discuss on the different possible strategies tostrengthen and enhance Science diplomacy and Cultural diplomacy in the vast domain of Water Policies and Water Governance. Nowadays, the international debate on the new paths for development focuses on specific key words such as: “Sustainable”, “Intergenerational”, “Access”, but sometimes these terms are used with different meanings and generate confusion. This happens mainly when the dialogue between governments, private sector, donors and NGo’s turns from theory to practice, especially in the domain of development Cooperation where the interaction between different entities tends to grow. Regaining an appropriate use of these words would be useful to better clarify intentions, actions and commitments of the different actors that play an important role in the fight against water scarcity, especially nowadays with the severe consequences of climate change.
